You can never fill a glass with it! I usually like to make 5 at a time!

Pico de Gallo—a fresh and vibrant salsa from our southern Mexican neighbors—is the perfect addition to any family gathering or Taco Tuesday. This simple blend of ripe tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, cilantro, and lime is as refreshing as it is versatile. Preparing it in a giant jar not only adds a touch of rustic charm to your table but also provides an easy way to store the pico de gallo and keep it fresh. Whether you’re looking to spice up your grilled meats or simply add a kick to your fries, Pico de Gallo brings everyone together and delivers a bite of fresh flavor!
Pico de Gallo pairs beautifully with crispy tortilla chips, steaming hot fajitas, or simply spooned over your favorite tacos. For a lighter touch, it’s delicious on a bed of fresh vegetables or as a vibrant addition to grilled fish and chicken. And if you have children or people with milder palates, this is a great way to add a touch of vegetables to their meals without overwhelming their taste buds.
